Ordered 2 packs that is 20 pieces. Was sceptical looking at few low rating reviews. But to my surprise, all pieces were flawless. I saw the video on setting the date time and it was super easy to setup. Liked the cartoon and colour of the bands. Only thing missing which I expected is instructions on how to change battery.
